บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานสหกิจศึกษานี้นำเสนอการออกแบบและติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าภายใน ซึ่งจากการศึกษาระบบการทำงานและการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบที่จะเกิดขึ้นใหม่หลังจากการปรับปรุง ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานในโครงการสหกิจศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ร่วมกับบริษัท ธนวรกฤต จำกัด พบว่าการรีโนเวทศูนย์ บริการฮอนด้า รัชดา ออโตโมบิล จำกัด มีการใช้อุปกรณ์ และใช้กำลังไฟฟ้าเป็นจำนวนมากจึงได้มีการเขียนแบบระบบไฟฟ้าขึ้นมาเพื่อดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามวัตถุประสงค์ของผู้ว่าจ้าง
ผู้จัดทำได้ทำการรวบรวมปัญหาตั้งแต่เดือน กรกฎาคม 2564 – กรกฎาคม 2565 และออกแบบการใช้ไฟฟ้าในแต่ละวัน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ระบบส่งจ่ายไปยังกระบวนการทำงานที่ใช้ไฟฟ้าในระยะเวลา 13 เดือน มาทำการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ทำให้ทราบถึงความต้องการของระบบไฟฟ้าที่แท้จริง และสามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว เพื่อลดการเกิดปัญหาระบบไฟฟ้าไม่เพียงพอ และสามารถนำไปขยายผลเพื่อวิเคราะห์และประเมินความต้องการของระบบส่งจ่ายในอนาคต

Abstract
This cooperative education project presented the design and installation of internal electrical systems to study the working system and to analyize new patterns that will arise after the improvement. During the cooperative education project of Siam University with Thanavorakrit Co., Ltd., it was found that the renovation of the Honda Ratchada Automobile Co., Ltd. used equipment, and used a lot of electric power. So, an electrical system was drawn up to carry out the construction according to the objectives of the employer.
The student collected Issues from July 2021 – July 2022 and designed a report for daily use of electricity to analyze the distribution system of work processes that use electricity over 13 months to analyze the problems. The work helped to recognize the real needs of the electrical system, and how to analyze problems accurately and quickly. The process could reduce the problem of insufficient electrical system and can be extended to analyze and assess the needs of the delivery system in the future.
