บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท เศรษฐกิจการบัญชี จำกัด ให้บริการรับทำบัญชี ตรวจสอบบัญชี ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพสำนักงานบัญชีจากกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ คณะผู้จัดทำได้เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท เศรษฐกิจการบัญชี จำกัด ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี ได้รับมอบหมายให้ทำงานเกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบเอกสาร การบันทึกข้อมูลทางการบัญชีโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชี Express นำส่งภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย และนำส่งเงินประกันสังคม
จากการที่คณะผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติงานจริงในสำนักงานบัญชีและได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบเอกสารและบันทึกบัญชี จึงทำให้เกิดความสนใจและต้องการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการบันทึกบัญชี จึงต้องการทำโครงงานเรื่อง “การบันทึกบัญชีสำหรับธุรกิจ” เนื้อหาของโครงงานประกอบด้วย วิธีทำรายงานภาษีซื้อและภาษีขาย การบันทึกจ่ายชำระหนี้ให้เจ้าหนี้การค้า การบันทึกรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้การค้า และการจัดทำงบทดลอง คณะผู้จัดทำหวังว่าโครงงานเล่มนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ที่มีความสนใจหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานทางการบัญชี

Abstract
Economic Accounting Company Limited is a company that provides accounting and auditing services, tax advisory, and tax filling. The author was assigned to verify the accuracy of accounting documents and recording with Express Accounting Software. Most transactions were sales and purchase transaction, debt payment and receivable. The early performance took quite a lot because there was no previous understanding of accounting documents and lack of skill in using the Express Accounting Software, caused delay and was time-consuming.
The author decided this project would increase work efficiency by studying the types of documents and the process of recording. This project was prepared as guidelines to record sales and purchase transactions, debt payment and receivable via the Express accounting software. Most of all, the author hoped that this project will be useful for new trainees or people who are interested in working in accounting fields.
