บทคัดย่อ
ผู้จัดทำพัฒนาโปรแกรมระบบแจ้งปัญหางานให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายไอที ให้กับ บริษัท เซ็นทรัล จำกัดมหาชน สาขาพระราม9 (สำนักงานใหญ่โรบินสัน) เพื่อไว้สำหรับจัดการความเป็นระเบียบและรวดเร็วในการปฏิบัติงาน ให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายแก้ไขปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์อุปกรณ์ไอที โดยผู้จัดทำได้พัฒนาระบบด้วยโปรแกรม Visual Studio 2019 ในการพัฒนาระบบ ออกแบบระบบ และบันทึกข้อมูล ผลที่ได้จากการพัฒนา คือ สามารถช่วยให้บริษัท เซ็นทรัล จำกัดมหาชน (สำนักงานใหญ่โรบินสัน) มีระบบแจ้งปัญหางานให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายไอที ในบริษัท โดยทั้งหมดนี้โครงงานดังกล่าวสามารถช่วยประหยัดเวลาในการบันทึกข้อมูลพนักงาน

Abstract
This document was a part of the internship project the student was required to develop. “Problems notification system for IT support department” for Central Rama 9 Co. Ltd. (Robinson Main office) was developed to organize and facilitate workflow for the IT support department. The publisher developed the system using Visual Studio 2019 program for system development, system design, and data recoding. The result acquired was that this system became very helpful for Central Rama 9 Co. Ltd., (Robinson Main office) as this notification system could help save time for tracking problems that occurred.
