บทคัดย่อ

ผู้จัดทำเข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ โรงพยาบาลเพชรเกษม 2 (บริษัท เพชรเกษมการแพทย์ จำกัด ) ซึ่งประกอบกิจการสถานพยาบาล ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพให้กับผู้ป่วย ผู้ป่วยแต่ละคนจะชำระค่าบริการในรูปแบบที่แตกต่างกัน เช่น ชำระด้วยเงินสด หรือใช้สิทธิเบิกค่าสินไหมทดแทนจาก พ.ร.บ. กองทุน ประกันภัย ประกันสังคม และสิทธิบัตรทอง ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี มีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบเอกสารค่ารักษาพยาบาลและจัดทำตารางสรุปค่ารักษาพยาบาลของคนไข้โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป HOSxP เพื่อเรียกเก็บเงินค่ารักษาพยาบาลจากบริษัทประกันของผู้ป่วย

ในช่วงแรกของการปฏิบัติงาน ผู้จัดทำทำงานได้ค่อนข้างล่าช้าและผิดพลาดบ่อย เนื่องจากไม่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน ไม่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารทางการบัญชีและโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป HOSxP

ผู้จัดทำจึงต้องการจัดทำโครงงานเล่มนี้เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับเอกสารและขั้นตอนการติดตามหนี้บริษัทประกันภัยเพราะการติดตามหนี้เป็นเรื่องสำคัญสำหรับทุกกิจการและบริษัทประกันภัยเป็นลูกหนี้หลักของโรงพยาบาล หากเอกสารไม่ครบถ้วนก็ไม่สามารถเบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาลได้ ผู้จัดทำหวังว่ารายงานเรื่องการบริหารลูกหนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ที่สนใจได้ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานและนำไปศึกษาข้อมูลต่าง ๆ เพื่อที่จะได้นำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป

Abstract

This cooperative program was conducted at Phetkasem2 Hospital (Phetkasem Medical Company Limited), which provides high-quality medical services for patients. Phetkasem2 Hospital was established in 1977, at 39/2 Phetkasem Road, Bangkhae District, Bangkok. There are 150 beds for patients with modern medical technology and equipment. The insurance company is the main receivables for Phetkasem2 Hospital because when the insured patients receives medical treatment, they don’t pay a service fee, but the hospital will charge the patient’s insurance company.

The author was assigned to verify accuracy and prepare a report of service fees and medical fees to the insurance company with HOSxP Software. The early performance took quite a lot of time because there was no understanding of the work process and lack of skill in using HOSxP Software. Therefore, the author created this project to increase work efficiency through studying the types of documents, verify the accuracy of the documents, preparing service fee reports and billing to the insurance company. The result; the author gained knowledge and understanding about the accuracy of documents and the process of working, and expected this project to be useful to interested parties.
