บทคัดย่อ
คณะผู้จัดทำได้เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจศึกษากับมหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท แอสเซท พาร์ทเนอร์ ออดิทติ้ง จำกัด เป็นบริษัทรับทำบัญชีและวางแผนภาษีครบวงจร รับตรวจสอบบัญชี จดทะเบียนธุรกิจ ยื่นภาษีต่อกรมสรรพากรและนำส่งงบการเงินต่อกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจ คณะผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี ได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการบันทึกข้อมูลสินค้า ข้อมูลซื้อ ข้อมูลขายโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express
ในช่วงแรกของการปฏิบัติงาน คณะผู้จัดทำทำงานได้ล่าช้าและผิดพลาดบ่อยทำให้ต้องใช้เวลาในการแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดเนื่องจากต้องพบกับเอกสารทางการบัญชีที่หลากหลายและไม่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express คณะผู้จัดทำจึงต้องการจัดทำโครงงานนี้เพื่อศึกษาเอกสารและนำเสนอขั้นตอนการบันทึกการซื้อและขายด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express ในหลายๆ กรณี โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express เป็นโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปที่นิยมใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลาย เนื่องจากใช้งานง่าย เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบงานต่าง ๆ ได้ คณะผู้จัดทำหวังว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจสามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อศึกษาเพิ่มเติมหรือเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานได้

Abstract
This cooperative education was conducted at Asses Partner Auditing Company Limited, which provides accounting and auditing services, tax advisory, tax filling. The authors were assigned to record sales and purchase transactions via the Express accounting software. The early performance took quite a lot because there was no previous understanding of accounting documents and lack of skill in using the Express Accounting Software, this caused delay and was time-consuming.
This project was prepared as guidelines to record sales and purchase via the Express accounting software. This project was described in two parts: 1) the recording of sales; 2) the recording of purchase in many cases. Most of all, the authors hoped that this project will be useful for new trainees or people who are interested in working in accounting fields.
