บทคัดย่อ

โรงเรียนสตรีศรีสุริโยทัย  เป็นโรงเรียนรัฐบาลขนาดใหญ่  เปิดบริการการศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 รับเฉพาะนักเรียนหญิง  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานครเขต 2 สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ     ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่กลุ่มบริหารงานวิชาการ  ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำหนังสือดำเนินการโครงการต่างๆ ตามงบประมาณประจำปี จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย รวบรวมเอกสารทางบัญชีและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วน จัดทำรายงานสรุปรายรับ-รายจ่ายประจำเดือนของสมาคมผู้ปกครองและครูโรงเรียนสตรีศรีสุริโยทัย  จัดเก็บเอกสารให้สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้  ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการดำเนินการโครงต่างๆ ตามงบประมาณประจำปี  การจัดทำรายงานสรุปรายรับ-รายจ่าย และมีทักษะการทำงานเพิ่มขึ้น  ซึ่งทำให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

Satri Sri Suriyothai School is a large government school that only accepts female students. They are open for educational services of grades 1-6, under the Office of Secondary Education service area, Bangkok District 2 office of the Basic Education Commission Ministry of Education. The author was assigned to implement various projects of the annual budget, prepare vouchers, collect and check accuracy of accounting documents, prepare monthly income-expense summary reports of the Parents and Teachers Association of Satri Srisuriyothai School, arrange documents for ease of use as well as other tasks was assigned.

This project allowed the author to gain knowledge and understanding of the process for implementing various projects of the annual budget, prepare income-expense monthly summary reports, and could increased work skills. This raised confidence for future careers and the goal that this project be useful to interested parties.
