บทคัดย่อ

การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) เป็นผู้ผลิตไฟฟ้าชั้นนำของประเทศไทยภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของกระทรวงพลังงาน  รับผิดชอบการผลิตและส่งพลังงานไฟฟ้าทั้งประเทศรวมถึงการจำหน่ายพลังงานไฟฟ้าจำนวนมาก  เป็นผู้ผลิตไฟฟ้ารายใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย  ขณะที่ปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ต่างประเทศ  ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด และบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางต่างประเทศ  โดยรับเรื่องอนุมัติค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางไปต่างประเทศของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิต และปรับปรุงข้อมูลในทะเบียนรับเอกสารการเบิกจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางต่างประเทศ ในระบบ Web Application   บันทึกเงินยืมทดลอง จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายเพื่อสรุปยอดค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางต่างประเทศของผู้ปฏิบัติงานเดินทางต่างประเทศ และบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางต่างประเทศในระบบงาน SAP

ผู้จัดทำได้ทำโครงงานนี้เพื่อเพิ่มทักษะการบันทึกและการเบิกจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางต่างประเทศด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป โดยทำการศึกษาระเบียบ กฝผ.ฉบับที่ 309 ว่าด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางต่างประเทศ  ระเบียบ กฝผ. ฉบับที่ 339 ว่าด้วย เงินยืมทดรอง เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด  วิธีการใช้งานระบบ Web Application  และ System Application Products in data processing (SAP)  โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำมีความเข้าใจขั้นตอนบันทึกบัญชีและการเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางไปต่างเทศ และสามารถเพิ่มทักษะการทำการทำงาน ซึ่งจะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต

Abstract

Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) is Thailand’s leading state-owned power utility under the Ministry of Energy, and is responsible for electric power generation and transmission for the whole country, as well as bulk electric energy sales as the largest power producer in Thailand. While attending the internship under the cooperative program in the international accounting department, the author was assigned to receive the approved disbursement petitions for foreign expenses from web application system, inspect all related documents, update the information of the approved disbursement petitions in document registration with the web application system, record advance loans with System Application Products in data processing (SAP), prepare a voucher to summarize the foreign expenses, and record these expenses with SAP.

The author created this project to increase the skills of accounting recording  and disbursement of the foreign expenses through studying EGAT’s Regulation No. 309 regarding foreign expenses, EGAT’s Regulation No. 339 regarding advance loans, the procedures of using the web application system and SAP. The result was that the author had gained understanding of the procedures of disbursement of the foreign expenses and could increase performance skills in order to apply in future careers.
