บทคัดย่อ
โครงงานเรื่อง “น้ำหมักผลไม้ชีวภาพ” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหากลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ตามท่อระบายน้ำภายในโรงแรมและเพื่อลดต้นทุนในการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ชนิดอื่นมาใช้ในการดับกลิ่น ซึ่งได้พบว่าการใช้น้ำหมักชีวภาพสามารถกำจัดสิ่งสกปรกได้ดี โดยผู้จัดทำได้ใช้ส้มและสับปะรดมาเป็นส่วนประกอบในการหมัก มีน้ำสะอาด น้ำตาลทรายแดง และหัวเชื้อจุลินทรีย์เป็นส่วนผสม หลังจากทำการทดลองและทำการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์โดยใช้แบบสอบถามไปยังพนักงานจำนวน 19 คน ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ พบว่าน้ำหมักชีวภาพมีประสิทธิภาพในการกำจัดกลิ่นได้ดี เนื่องด้วยน้ำหมักชีวภาพมีฤทธิ์เป็นกรด ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติในการกำจัดสิ่งสกปรก และความพอใจอันดับแรก คือน้ำหมักชีวภาพสามารถใช้แทนน้ำยาทำความสะอาดและลดต้นทุนการใช้น้ำยาทำความสะอาดได้ดี มีระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 4.63 และความพอใจอันดับสุดท้าย คือลดการอุดตันภายในท่อระบายน้ำ มีระดับความพึงพอใจปานกลาง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 3.16

Abstract
The aim of this study was to solve the problem of unwanted odor inside the hotel’s drains and to reduce the expenses on other types of products to remove the drain odor. It was found that the use of bio extract can remove all dirtiness effectively. The organizers used orange and pineapple as their fermentation components, then added clean water, brown sugar and microorganisms. After experimenting and testing the product’s satisfaction with 19 employees through the use of questionnaires, the results of the product’ s satisfaction analysis showed that the Bio Extract was effective in removing odors because the bio extract is acidic, and can remove dirtiness. According to the satisfaction analysis, the highest- rated satisfaction was that bio extract could be a substitute for all cleaning agents, and also
reduce expenses on cleaning liquid at the hotel effectively, which had the highest satisfaction score at 4.63. As for the lowest satisfaction level, which was related to the reduction of drain clogs, was at a moderate level with an average score of 3.16.
