บทคัดย่อ
เนื่องจากคณะผู้จัดทำได้เข้าไปปฏิบัติงานสหกิจที่โรงแรมวรบุรี พัทยา รีสอร์ทแอนด์สปา พบว่าโรงแรมมุ่งเน้นการให้บริการเปรียบเสมือนนแขกที่เข้ามาพักคือครอบครัว และเพื่อให้แขกที่เข้ามาพักรู้สึกถึงความอบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้าน ทางโรงแรมวรบุรี พัทยา รีสอร์ทแอนด์สปา จึงเน้นการดูแลแขกให้เกิดความประทับใจที่สุดและกลับมาใช้บริการกับทางโรงแรม คณะผู้จัดทำจึงมีความสนใจที่จะทำเจลล้างมือเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของแขก จึงจัดทำเจลล้างมือว่านหางจระเข้ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) เพื่อนำวัตถุดิบที่เหลือใช้มาแปรรูปให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณประโยชน์จากการใช้สมุนไพรและเป็นการใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ให้เกิดประโยชน์ 3) เพื่อฆ่าเชื้อและทำความสะอาดมือโดยใช้สารเคมีให้น้อยที่สุด 4) เพื่อให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์เจลล้างมือเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
ผลของโครงงานที่ได้จากการแจกแบบสอบถามให้กับแขกที่เข้ามาใช้บริการ พนักงานแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้า และพนักงานแผนกแม่บ้าน พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดในเรื่อง มีการใช้วัตถุดิบที่เป็นธรรมชาติ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.7 ค่า S.D. 0.47 คุณสมบัติของวัตถุดิบที่นำมาใช้ทำเหมาะสมกับผลิตภัณฑ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.57 ค่า S.D. 0.50 และสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้กับโรงแรม มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.8 ค่า S.D. 0.41

Abstract
The organizers operated the cooperative work at the Woraburi Pattaya Resort & Spa hotel and found that the hotel focused on the service and making the customer feel at home. Woraburi Pattaya Resort & Spa hotel focused providing the best impression and made customers want to come back and stay in this hotel again. The organizers were interested in making a hand gel to meet the needs of the customers. They wanted to make an Aloe vera hand gel with the objective: 1) To process waste materials into new products; 2) To study the benefits of the herb and use existing resources for the best benefit; 3) To disinfected and cleaned hands by using the minimal chemicals; 4) Make a hand gel product to satisfy customers. The feedback was aquired asking guests, the front desk staff and housekeepers to answer survey questionnaires, Where we found they have the highest level of satisfaction in using the natural materials with a mean value of 4.7 (standard deviation = 0.47), the properties of raw materials suitable for the product with a mean value of 4.57 (standard deviation = 0.50) and creating new products for the hotel with a mean value of 4.8 (standard deviation = 0.41)
