บทคัดย่อ

จากการที่ได้ไปปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ณ โรงแรมรอยัล ปริ๊นเซส หลานหลวง ผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าทำให้ทราบว่าในแต่ละวันนั้นมีผู้เข้ามาใช้บริการห้องประชุมจัดงานสัมมนาของทางโรงแรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผู้จัดทำจึงเกิดความคิดที่จะนำดอกไม้และถุงชาที่เหลือใช้จากงานสัมมนามาทำเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ก้อนหอมปรับอากาศชาสมุนไพรอโรมา ( Freshener Aroma Herbal Wax Bar ) เพื่อช่วยในเรื่องการดูดซึมกลิ่น กำจัดกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ ลดกลิ่นอับชื้น และให้ความหอมที่ยาวนานไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อผู้เข้ามาใช้บริการภายในห้องน้ำโดยมีการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของก้อนหอมปรับอากาศชาสมุนไพรอโรมา (Freshener Aroma Herbal Wax Bar )โดยได้ทำการทดลองแขวนไว้ภายในห้องน้ำส่วนรวมของโรงแรม หลังจากนั้นดำเนินการแจกแบบสอบถามให้กับพนักงานแผนกจัดเลี้ยงและพนักงานแผนกแม่บ้านจำนวน 31 คน พบว่าพนักงานแผนกจัดเลี้ยงและแผนกแม่บ้านมีความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ก้อนหอมปรับอากาศชาสมุนไพรอโรมา ( Freshener Aroma Herbal Wax Bar )ด้านการใช้งานสะดวกสบายด้านความสวยงามของผลิตภัณฑ์และการนำของเหลือใช้มารีไซเคิลให้เกิดประโยชน์ สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ที่ร้อยละ4.46

Abstract

From the work experience in the Front Office department at the Royal Princess Lanluang, the author realized that there are many people using the meeting rooms. As a result, a lot of flowers and tea bags were thrown away each day. Therefore, the author would like to recycle the flowers and tea bags to become the Freshener Aroma Herbal Wax Bar. This wax bar will help absorb the unpleasant smell, decrease the humidity and give a fresh aroma. Also, it’s naturally made, it will not harm anyone. The author had tested the product by hanging in the staff restroom. Then the questionnaires were distributed to 31 people in the Banquet and Housekeeping department to get their feedback on the Freshener Aroma Herbal Wax Bar. The result shows that most of the respondents are satisfying with the product which its of recycle flowers and tea bags. And the least of mean score is 3.41, as of its short lifetime. For the overall aspects the respondents are most satisfy with the product mean score is at 4.46.
