บทคัดย่อ
จากการที่ได้ไปปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ณ โรงแรมสามพรานริเวอร์ไซด์ตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 มกราคม 2562 ถึงวันที่ 29 เมษายน 2562 ทางผู้จัดทำได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในแผนกสปา ตำแหน่ง พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าของสปาพบว่าในปัจจุบันนั้นมีผู้คนให้ความสนใจในเรื่องความสวยความงาม และให้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับรูปลักษณ์ภายนอกเพิ่มมากขึ้นและทางสปาได้มีเมนูเกี่ยวกับการสครับผิว จึงทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้คิดโครงงานเรื่อง สครับมะพร้าว&ข้าวหอมมะลิเพื่อเป็นทางเลือกเพิ่มเติมให้กับลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการสปาโดยผลิตภัณฑ์ทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ที่จะนำมาใช้กับลูกค้านั้น จะต้องเป็นที่แน่ใจว่าเป็นวัตถุดิบที่ธรรมชาติปราศจากสารเคมี เนื่องจากทางสปาเน้นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นออร์แกนิคซึ่งได้จากธรรมชาติเมื่อลูกค้าเข้าใช้บริการสปาจะทำให้ลูกค้าวางใจได้ว่าจะไม่ระคายเคืองต่อผิวหนัง และเมนูสครับมะพร้าว&ข้าวหอมมะลินี้ มีความเป็นธรรมชาติและมีคุณสมบัติต่างๆที่ช่วยให้ผิวพรรณนุ่มชุ่มชื้น
จากการสอบถามพนักงานจากแผนกพนักงานแผนกสปา 2 คน พนักงานแผนกฝ่ายขาย 10 คน พนักงานแผนกแม่บ้าน 3 คน แขกที่มาเข้าใช้บริการ 15 คน รวมเป็น 30 คน ซึ่งสรุปได้ว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความพึงพอใจในเรื่อง ด้านกลิ่นหอมจากธรรมชาติ ด้านความชุ่มชื่นของสครับ ด้านความอ่อนโยนของสครับ และการสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ให้กับโรงแรม

Abstract
From the co-operative study at Sampran Riverside Hotel from 7th January – 29th April 29 2019, the researcher had performed duties in the Spa Department in the position of Spa Front Desk Receptionist and found that there were a lot of people interested in beauty and paid more attention to their appearances. Also, the spa had a menu of skin item scrubbing. Therefore, the researcher had an idea to launch the project of coconut & jasmine rice scrub, to be an additional menu item for guests who use the spa services. All products that are used with guests must be made with natural ingredients and chemical-free. This is because the spa focuses on using organic products to assure guests who use the spa services that their skin will not be irritated. Moreover, coconut & jasmine rice scrub is totally organic with various properties that help soften and moisturize skin.
From the interviews with 2 staff in the Spa Department, 10 employees in the Sales Department, 3 staff in the Housekeeping Department, and 15 guests who used the spa services, for a total of 30 people, can be summarized that the respondents were satisfied with the aspects of natural aroma, moisture and tenderness of the scrub, as well as creating a new product for the hotel.
