บทคัดย่อ
จากการปฎิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ณ โรงแรมอิสติน แกรนด์ สาทร ในแผนกแม่บ้าน เป็นระยะเวลา 4 เดือน ซึ่งทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้เรียนรู้ถึงระบบการทำงานต่างๆภายในโรงแรม และพบว่าในแต่ละวันของการทำความสะอาดห้องพักนั้น มีของใช้ในโรงแรมที่อยู่ภายในห้องพักเหลือทิ้งเป็นจำนวนมาก เช่น ครีมอาบน้ำ แชมพู ครีมนวดผม โดยครีมนวดผมถูกใช้ไปเพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น จึงทำให้ต้องทิ้ง ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำจึงมีแนวคิดที่จะแปรรูปครีมนวดผมของทางโรงแรมให้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำยาปรับผ้านุ่มเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อแผนกแม่บ้าน และเพิ่มกลิ่นวิคตอเรีย ซีเคร็ทที่มีความหอมและติดทนผ้ายาวนาน
หลังจากที่ได้ทำการทดลองผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำยาปรับผ้านุ่ม ผู้จัดทำได้สำรวจความคิดเห็น โดยการทำแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากพนักงานภายในโรงแรมเป็นจำนวน 30 คน เพื่อให้ทราบถึงผลของโครงงาน ผลการ ศึกษา พบว่า จากการประเมินแบบสอบถามพนักงานมีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ย 𝑥̅ = 3.84 และ S.D. = 0.47 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายหมวดที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความพึงพอใจในด้านกลิ่น ความพึงพอใจในด้านคุณภาพ ความพึงพอใจในด้านการลดต้นทุนตามลำดับ ดังนั้น จึงเห็นได้ว่าโครงงานน้ำยาปรับผ้านุ่มมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract
By attending the internship under the cooperative education project for Housekeeping Department at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn for 4 months, the author has learned working methods and systems within the hotel. For daily room cleaning, a large amount of hotel supplies and materials left inside the room was found, such as shower cream, shampoo, and conditioner. Only little amount of hair conditioner used by hotel guests was disposed. For this reason, the author has initiated to process hair conditioner residue into a fabric softener product for benefit of Housekeeping Department by adding a scent of Victoria’s Secret that are fragrant and long lasting into the developed product.
After developing the fabric softener product, the author conducted a survey to ask for the satisfaction with the developed product by distributing copies of questionnaire to the sample of 30 hotel employees. The results of this project indicated that overall satisfaction with the developed product was at a high level (𝑥̅ =3.84 and S.D. = 0.47). When individual aspects were considered, an aspect with the highest mean was fragrant, followed by quality, cost-saving, respectively. Therefore, it could be concluded that the developed fabric softener gained a high level of
satisfaction.
