บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท โกลบอล มัลดิคัท (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เป็นบริษัทที่ให้บริการผลิตสินค้าด้านสุขภาพ ผิวพรรณ และความงาม ภายใต้มาตรฐานที่ดีทุกกระบวนการ โดยนักวิทยาศาสตร์ตลอดจนผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านต่างๆ รวมถึงการเป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านการตลาด โดยบริษัทฯ มุ่งเน้นการเป็นผู้นำด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมชั้นนำของประเทศ เพื่อสร้างความเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ในธุรกิจด้านสุขภาพและความงาม ทั้งนี้เพื่อส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมีความปลอดภัยแก่ลูกค้า

ดังนั้นคณะผู้จัดทำจึงตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของระบบบัญชีของบริษัท โกลบอล มัลดิคัท (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด โดยข้าพเจ้าได้ศึกษาในส่วนงานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการสั่งซื้อสินค้า ตั้งแต่วิธีการจัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ ใบรับสินค้า ใบส่งสินค้า วิธีการตรวจเช็คสินค้า การแยกเก็บเอกสาร และใบกำกับภาษีที่เป็นของภายในประเทศและภายนอกประเทศ ซึ่งทางบริษัทได้ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางการบัญชี Express ในการทำงาน เพื่อให้งานเป็นระบบและง่ายต่อการเรียกใช้ หรือนำข้อมูลต่างๆของกระบวนการจัดซื้อสินค้า ข้าพเจ้าจึงได้จัดทำรายงานเล่มนี้ขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาเอกสารและความสัมพันธ์ของเอกสารกับแผนกต่างๆภายในบริษัท โดยผ่านทางโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express ซึ่งรายละเอียดของแต่ละขั้นตอนสามารถศึกษาค้นคว้าได้ภายในรายงานเล่มนี้

Abstract

Global Medical (Thailand) Company Limited provides the production of health, skin and beauty products under the good standard of very process. The scientists have the expertise of various fields, including the marketing consultant focus on being the leader of technology and leading innovation of the country for sustainable growth in the and beauty business in order to deliver efficient and safety products to customers.

The researchers had realized the importance of Global Medical (Thailand) Company Limited’s accounting system, so we have studied the process of purchase orders by starting from the method of issuing documentation of purchase orders, goods received, goods delivery, quality checking, document classifying and invoice of both domestic and international goods. The company uses the Express program for this operation to work system article and it is easy for retrieving or processing the information of purchase order processes. We have done this report in order to study the documents and the relationship of documents among many departments through the Express program, and the details of each process can be learned from this report.
