บทคัดย่อ
การจัดทำโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาเรื่องจานรองแก้วจากกากชาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการทำจานรองแก้วจากกากใบชาที่เหลือทิ้งให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อร้านอาหาร และเป็นการช่วยลดต้นทุนในการซื้อที่รองแก้วกระดาษแข็งแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง โดยผู้จัดทำได้นำเอากากใบชาที่เหลือทิ้งจากการชงชามาทำเป็นที่รองแก้ว และนำเอาดอกไม้แห้งที่ไม่ใช้แล้วจากการตกแต่งห้องอาหารมาใส่เป็นตัวตกแต่งเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้เกิดความสวยงาม และยังช่วยทำให้ห้องอาหารเกิดความมีเอกลักษณ์น่าสนใจแตกต่างจากโรงแรมอื่น
จากผลการสำรวจพบว่าการประเมินความพึงพอใจของพนักงานและนักศึกษาฝึกงานภายในโรงแรมแบงค็อก แมริออท เดอะสุรวงศ์ที่มีต่อจานรองแก้วจากกากชา พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 18 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.00 มีช่วงอายุ 18-23 ปี และ 24-29 ปี เท่ากันมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.70 และมีสถานภาพพนักงานประจำมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.00 และผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามอยู่ในแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่มมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.70 จากตารางค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงงานจานรองแก้วจากกากชา (Used Tea Leaf Coaster) มีระดับความพึงพอใจรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.55

Abstract
The co-operative education project on glass saucers from tea leaf was aimed at studying how to make coasters from leftover tea leaves to benefit restaurants and reduce the cost of buying disposable cardboard coasters. The makers used the remaining tea leaves from the tea making as a coaster and added unused dried flowers from the restaurant decoration to create aesthetics and also make the restaurant unique and attractive.
According to the survey, the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse’s assessment of employee satisfaction with Used Tea Leaves Coasters showed that the majority of 18 females were 60.00 percent with the most 18-23 years of age and 24-29 years old, 26.70 percent, the highest number of full-time employees with 70.00 percent, and the most respondents were in the food and beverage department, accounting for 46.70 percent. Based on the average table and the standard deviation of satisfaction with the used tea leaves coasters project, the total satisfaction level was an average of 4.55.
