บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท ดูดีทัวร์ จำกัด เป็นบริษัททัวร์ที่ได้รับรองความเป็นมาตราฐานจากสมาคมไทยธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยว(ATTA) และเป็นบริษัททัวร์ที่ได้รับความสนใจจากลูกค้าเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยเฉพาะในด้านการออกทัวร์ต่างจังหวัดและงานอีเว้นท์ต่างๆ ซึ่งในแต่ละงานมีการใช้กล่องข้าวพลาสติกเป็นจำนวนมากต่อวัน ทำให้เกิดปัญหาเกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายที่สูง ทางคณะผู้จัดมีเป้าหมายในการลดต้นทุนจึงได้คิดโครงงานชามกาบกล้วยขึ้นโดยเลือกใช้กาบกล้วยที่เป็นวัตถุดิบซึ่งหาง่ายและสามารถปลูกทดแทนได้เป็นวัตถุดิบหลักในการผลิตชามกาบกล้วย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนในการซื้อชามพลาสติกให้แก่บริษัท ดูดีทัวร์ จำกัด 2 ) เพื่อนำสิ่งของจากธรรมชาติที่อาจเน่าเสียมาแปรรูปโดยไม่ใช้สารเคมีเพื่อใช้ทดแทนพลาสติก

จากนั้นได้ทำการสำรวจความพึงพอใจโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 10 คน โดยส่วนใหญ่ที่ทำการตอบแบบสอบถามพบว่าเป็นเพศหญิงมากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.87 และมีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 18-24 ปีมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80 โดยพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้ชามกาบกล้วยมากที่สุดในเรื่องความสะดวกในการใช้งานโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.7 ซึ่งชามกาบกล้วยที่นำมาใช้ทดแทนช่วยลดต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อชามพลาสติกได้ 6,145 บาทต่อเดือน

Abstract

Doo Dee Tour Company Limited is a tour company that has been certified as a quality standard by the Thai Tourism Association (ATTA) and has received a lot of attention from customers, especially out-city tours and various events in which each of the events uses a lot of plastic rice boxes per day, causing problems of high costs. The organizing group aimed to reduce costs and devised a Banana Sheath Bowl project by using banana sheath, which is a raw material that is in abundance and can be substituted as the main raw material for the production of Banana Sheath Bowl. The project was organized with the following objectives: 1) To help reduce the cost of purchasing plastic bowls for Doo Dee Tour Co. Ltd.; 2) To make use of material that is naturally degradable, without using chemicals, to replace plastic.

Later, a satisfaction survey was conducted with a sample of 10 people, most of the respondents were female which was 60.87 percent, and were between 18-24 years old, which, accounted for 80 percent. Most were satisfied with the Banana Sheath Bowl in the aspect of ease of use, with an average value of 4.7. The Banana Sheath Bowl was used to help reduce the cost of buying plastic which contributed to the cost saving of 6,145 Baht per month.
