บทคัดย่อ
สถาบันการประชาสัมพันธ์ เป็นภาครัฐให้บริการทางด้านการศึกษาพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และสื่อสารมวลชน โดยสถาบันการประชาสัมพันธ์ได้จัดจ้างบุคคลภายนอกมาสอนวิธีการใช้งาน IPR MOOC พร้อมคู่มือการใช้งาน จากการศึกษาคู่มือการใช้งาน IPR MOOC พบว่าคู่มือการใช้งานไม่ค่อยสมบูรณ์ บุคลากรภายในและภายนอกองค์กรสามารถใช้งานได้เพียงไม่กี่ส่วนและไม่สามารถนำมาใช้งานได้จริงเมื่อเกิดปัญหา จึงได้มอบหมายให้นักศึกษาปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ทำแอนิเมชันสาธิตการใช้เว็บไซต์ IPR MOOC ของสถาบันการประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อใช้งานสำหรับภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ได้ความรู้และสามารถแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้ด้วยตนเอง โดยแอนิเมชันสาธิตการใช้เว็บไซต์ IPR MOOC จะอธิบายรายละเอียดทีละขั้นตอนของการเข้าใช้งานระบบ e-Learning เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกต่อผู้ใช้งาน

Abstract
The Institute of Public Relations is a government agency that provides services for personnel development in public relations and mass communication. The Institute of Public Relations outsourced a user manual to teach how to use IPR MOOC. According to IPR MOOC with a user manual, it was found that the manual itself was incomplete in certain areas. In particular, internal and external personnel were able to utilize some parts and were not able to apply them when real issues came up. Therefore, it was assigned to the students to produce a demonstration on how to use them in terms of animation on the IPR MOOC’s website for internal and external organization’s personnel. This would provide sufficient knowledge and common sense to help solve the real issue. The demonstration of animation on IPR MOOC website provided details and steps on how to access an e-Learning system for user’s convenience.
