บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ภายในครอบครัวโดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีโมบายและเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ภายในครอบครัวโดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีโมบายและเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ บุคคลทั่วไปที่ใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แอปพลิเคชันส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ภายในครอบครัวโดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีโมบายและเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ภายในครอบครัวโดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีโมบายและเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ฟังก์ชันต่างๆ ของแอปพลิเคชันสามารถทำงานได้ตามที่กำหนดไว้ทั้ง 5 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย การสมัครเข้าใช้งานระบบ การสร้างกลุ่มสำหรับครอบครัว การสนทนาแบบเดี่ยวและแบบกลุ่ม การติดตามสมาชิกในครอบครัวด้วย Location Based Services และ การส่งสัญญาณฉุกเฉิน (SOS) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.19 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.65

ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were 1) develop a Family Relationship Support Application by using Mobile and Social Network Technology, and 2) study user’s satisfaction with using the Family Relationship Support Application by using Mobile and Social Network Technology. The samples consisted of 20 people who use a mobile phone with an Android operating system. The tools used in this study involved the Huggs application and user satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were the mean and standard deviation. The research result revealed that: the application can operate by defining functionality consisted of 5 parts, namely Registration and Login, Create family group, Chat online, Family tracking with Location Based Services, and Send SOS.
