บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท แปซิฟิค ห้องเย็น จำกัด เป็นบริษัทที่ให้บริการลูกค้า ขนส่งและจัดเก็บสินค้าในรูปแบบระบบคลังสินค้าอุตสาหกรรมแบบครบวงจรและจัดระบบคลังสินค้าอัตโนมัติ (โลจิสติกส์) ในระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ถึงวันที่ 30 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ผู้จัดทำฝึกงานแผนกการบริการลูกค้า (Customer Service) มีหน้าที่รับสายโทรศัพท์ลูกค้า ตอบคำถามลูกค้า จัดการเอกสาร กรอกข้อมูลใบเบิก/ใบฝากและแปลคู่มือ จากการวิเคราะห์การทำงานของส่วนงานแผนกนี้ส่วนใหญ่มักจะมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ เช่นการพูดคุย ติดต่อสื่อสาร การตอบคำถามลูกค้า ความเข้าใจในภาษาอังกฤษ และพนักงานที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ที่มีน้อย จากปัญหาเหล่านี้ อาจจะทำให้เสียโอกาสที่ได้รับลูกค้าใหม่ๆ และในขณะนี้โรงงานได้สร้างอาคารใหม่เพิ่มเติม ในการจัดเก็บสินค้าและได้มีการลงเครื่องระบบเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ซึ่งคู่มือที่ใช้นั้นเป็นคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษ
ดังนั้น ผู้จัดทำจึงได้ริเริ่มทำโครงงาน “คู่มือ Mobile Racking System ESX ฉบับภาษาไทย” ขึ้นเพื่อเป็นการสร้างความเข้าใจในการแปลคู่มือเล่มนี้จากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทย และศึกษาขั้นตอนการใช้งานระบบอย่างถูกวิธีจากคู่มือ โดยขอบเขตและเนื้อหาของโครงงานจะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ แปลจากคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทย อธิบายการใช้งานและคำเตือนต่างๆ
จากวิธีการใช้งาน ซึ่งผู้จัดทำหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า คู่มือฉบับภาษาไทยนี้จะสามารถช่วยให้พนักงานในบริษัทปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และลดความผิดพลาดที่จะเกิดขึ้นในด้านการแปลภาษาอังกฤษ

Abstract
Pacific Fridge Co.Ltd., is a firm that serves the customers in transportation and store the goods. We’ll use the industrial store in full scale system (Logistics). During the Co-operative Education Program since May 14, 2019 to August 30, 2019. Trainee who works in Customer Service Department has many duties such as operator, replying, documentation, filling information
Deposit / Withdrawing and instruction translation. From the analysis in the job, the big problem is Communication in English such as speaking, communicating, replying and comprehension. There are only few staff who can use the English. Now, the company has been getting a lot of the new customers and the company also produces the new building for storing the goods and the high technology manual is written in English only.
So, I have started to do the project “Mobile Racking System ESX in Thai Language Version” for providing understanding in translation from English to Thai and The processes to work from the instruction. The content of the project are divided in 2 parts: Manual Translation from English to Thai; it explains about the steps to work and many warnings from using the system. I hope that this Thai instruction manual can help all staff ineffectiveness. And it can reduce the mistakes that can be occurred by using English instruction manual.
