บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ทริปเปิ้ล ทรานส์ โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด เป็นศูนย์กลางการให้บริการธุรกิจขนส่งครบวงจร (ตัวแทนผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศทางอากาศ, ทางทะเล และทางบก) เรามีความเชี่ยวชาญในการจัดการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยืดหยุ่น เนื่องจากเรามีพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจมากมายในหลายประเทศทั่วโลกที่ยินดีช่วยเหลือเราในการนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้าด้วยบริการระดับสูงทัดเทียมมาตรฐานระดับโลก ขณะที่ผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกบัญชี ผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดทำงบกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร ใบเสร็จรับเงินและใบกำกับภาษีด้วยโปรแกรม Smart Freight ติดตามหนังสือรับรองการภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายจากลูกค้า ตรวจสอบใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ ติดต่อและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงินและใบกำกับภาษีด้วยโปรแกรม Smart Freight และสามารถเพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน ซึ่งทำให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาตต และหวังว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจ

Abstract
Triple Trans Logistics Company Limited is a hub for providing comprehensive transportation services to both international air, sea and land freight forwarders, which specializes in efficient and flexible handling through business partners in many countries around the world, who are willing to assist in importing and exporting products with a high level of service up to global. While attending the internship under the cooperative education program in the Accounting department, the author was assigned to prepare bank reconciliation statements, receipts and tax invoices with Smart Freight program, follow up for withholding tax certificates from clients, check input-tax invoices, contact and coordinate with various departments.
During this project, the author gained knowledge, understanding of preparation for receipts and tax invoices with Smart Freight program, and could increase performance skills. This raised confidence for future careers and the goal that this project would be useful to interested parties.
