บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ทองไทยการทอ จำกัด ได้ดำเนินธุรกิจด้านอุตสาหกรรมผ้าแบบครบวงจรตั้งแต่ การถัก การทอ การย้อม และผลิตเสื้อผ้าสำเร็จรูปเพื่อส่งสินค้าออกไปยังตลาดทั่วโลกตามคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า ในระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 เดือน พฤษภาคม พ.ศ.2562 ถึงวันที่ 30 เดือน สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2562 คณะผู้จัดทำได้ฝึกปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าการค้า มีหน้าที่ในการดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลของลูกค้า ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องหลังจากนั้นทำการดาวน์โหลดใบสั่งซื้อออกมา
จากการที่ได้ฝึกปฏิบัติงานที่ต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับการดาวน์โหลดข้อมูล และทำการตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่ต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการแปลเนื่องจากข้อมูลทุกอย่างเป็นภาษาอังกฤษทั้งหมด คณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้จัดทำโครงงานเรื่อง “การดำเนินการโหลดใบสั่งซื้อสินค้า” ขึ้นโดยโครงงานแบ่งเป็น 6 ส่วน ได้แก่ ความแตกต่างระหว่าง Mi Adidas กับ Adidas ขั้นตอนการโหลด PO (Purchase Order)ขั้นตอนการโหลด Report ขั้นตอนการโหลด TD (Tech Document) เอกสารที่ได้จากการโหลด TD และคำศัพท์สำคัญที่พบในการปฏิบัติงานในแผนกการค้า ซึ่งช่วยให้บุคลากรและนักศึกษาที่ฝึกปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษากับทางบริษัทที่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องใช้เป็นคู่มือในการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract
Thong Thai Co., Ltd., has operated a comprehensive fabric industry from knitting, weaving, dyeing and ready-made garments to export internationally according to customer orders. During my cooperative Education internship program from May 14, 2019 to August 30, 2019 we worked in the Merchandising. We were assigned the responsibilities to download the customer’s database PO and check the accuracy of the information.
The above responsibilities and works require English-Thai translate because all of the information is in English. The trainees decided to do the project under the name of “Procedure to Download Purchase Order”. The project is divided into 6 parts: Distinction between Mi Adidas and Adidas, Steps to load PO (purchase order), the process of loading Report, The process of loading TD (Tech Document), Documents obtained from TD loading and important vocabulary found in operations in the merchandising department. Helpfully, this project will help the personnel and students who practice cooperative education with Thong Thai Co., Ltd. It is a guideline for work.
