บทคัดย่อ
บริษัท ปิ่นเกล้า ฮอนด้าคาร์ส์ จำกัด เป็นโชว์รูมมาตราฐานฮอนด้าพร้อมศูนย์บริการที่ทันสมัย รวมทั้งศูนย์ซ่อมสีและตัวถังรถยนต์มาตรฐาน บริการตรวจเช็คระยะ บริการงานเคลมจากบริษัทประกันต่างๆ จากช่างมีประสบการณ์ความชำนาญกว่า 20 ปี ขณะที่ผู้จัดทำปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาที่แผนกบัญชีและการเงิน ในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการซื้อ-ขายรถยนต์ บันทึกการซื้อ-ขาย บันทึกการจ่ายเงิน-การรับเงิน และจัดทำใบกำกับภาษีด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป OCG Accounting System
โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะการทำงาน โดยทำการศึกษาระบบการจัดซื้อและจ่ายชำระ ระบบการขายและการรับเงิน เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นตอนการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปนี้ จากการศึกษานี้ทำให้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจและสามารถเพิ่มทักษะการทำงาน ซึ่งจะนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต ผู้จัดทำหวังว่าโครงงานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Abstract
Pinklao Honda Cars Co. Ltd. is a standard Honda showroom with a modern service center, including a paint and car body repair center, period inspection service, and claims service from various insurance companies though technicians that have an experience more than 20 years. While attending the internship under the cooperative program at Pinklao Honda Cars, the team was assigned to verify the validity of car purchase-sales documents, record of purchases-sales, record of payments-receipts, and prepare tax invoices with the OCG accounting program.
This project was designed to increase the performance skills through studying the purchasing and payment systems, revenue and receipts system, related documents, and the steps to use this software. This project allowed the team to gain knowledge, understanding and increased performance skills, which will be applied to careers in the future. The team also hoped that this project would be useful to interested parties.
