บทคัดย่อ
โรงแรม Hotel Once Bangkok เป็นโรงแรม 4 ดาว ที่ตั้งอยู่บริเวณริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา เนื่องจากทางสถานประกอบการตั้งอยู่ติดริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา จึงทำให้เกิดปัญหา คือ มีแมลงสาบจำนวนมากขึ้นมาตามท่อระบายน้ำภายในโรงแรม อีกทั้งยังเข้าไปถึงแหล่งสะสมต่าง ๆ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเรื่องการกำจัดแมลงของแผนกครัว และเพื่อศึกษาการทำก้อนสมุนไพรในการกำจัดแมลงสาบ โดยมีประชากรที่ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานภายในโรงแรมจำนวน 30 คน
ผลการศึกษาของโครงงานได้เข้าไปปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาที่โรงแรม Hotel Once Bangkok ในแผนกครัว โดยใช้ พริกไทยดำเม็ด ใบกระว่าน เมล็ดยี่หร่า สมุนไพร 3 ชนิดนี้มีกลิ่นที่แรง สามารถกำจัดแมลงสาบได้ดี และเป็นสมุนไพรที่หาได้ง่าย ราคาไม่แพง ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นในแบบสอบถาม มีความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ก้อนสมุนไพรกำจัดแมลงสาบ โดยมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดในรูปแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์ ก้อนสมุนไพรกำจัดแมลงสาบที่มีต่อทางสถานประกอบการ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.87 ความสะดวกในการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ ก้อนสมุนไพรกำจัดแมลงสาบที่มีต่อทางสถานประกอบการ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.83 ตามลำดับ

Abstract
Hotel Once Bangkok is a 4-star hotel located along the Chao Phraya River and this causes a problem that there are many cockroaches in the drain in the hotel. This study had the objectives to study the pest control of the Kitchen Department and to study the making of herbal cubes to get rid of cockroaches. The population of the study were 30 employees in the hotel.
The study showed black peppercorns, bay leaf and cumin seeds, have a strong aroma that could get rid of cockroaches and an herb that is very affordable. The results of the evaluation of opinions in the questionnaire were that the respondents were satisfied with the herbal product to kill cockroaches with the greatest satisfaction in the form of herbal cubes to kill cockroaches affecting the establishment with an average of 3.87, followed by the ease of use of the product. Data should be studied to find herbs that can kill all kinds of cockroaches and is new and useful in everyday life.
