บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท มนตรีสอบบัญชีและกฎหมาย จำกัด  ให้บริการด้านการตรวจสอบบริษัทจำกัด  ห้างหุ้นส่วน  สหกรณ์และอื่นๆ  ให้บริการทางบัญชี  บริการทางภาษีอากร  บริการจดทะเบียนธุรกิจ และบริการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง  ขณะที่ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการสหกิจศึกษาที่บริษัท มนตรีสอบบัญชีและกฎหมาย จำกัด   คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับมอบหมายให้ตรวจสอบเอกสารสัญญาเงินกู้สามัญ ตรวจสอบรายการผิดปกติ   และรับรองความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง   ก่อนหน้านี้ คณะผู้จัดทำขาดทักษะการตรวจสอบบัญชี ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงทำให้งานล่าช้าและใช้เวลามาก

โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะการตรวจสอบการให้สินเชื่อของสหกรณ์ทรัพย์และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง  คณะผู้จัดทำได้ศึกษากฎและระเบียบของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ และเทคนิคการตรวจสอบสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์    โครงงานนี้ทำให้ผู้จัดทำได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบเงินกู้สามัญของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์  การตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีทักษะการตรวจสอบ  ทำให้มีความมั่นใจในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต และหวังว่าโครงงานนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลที่สนใจ

Abstract

The Montree Audit and Law Co. Ltd.’s business lines include auditing for companies, partnerships, cooperatives, etc., accounting services, tax services, business registration services and other related services. While attending the internship under the cooperative education program at the Montree Audit and Law Co. Ltd., the team was assigned to audit loan agreements of savings cooperatives, check for unusual items and verify related documents. Previously, the team did not have the skill of auditing, this caused delays and was time consuming.

This project was designed to increase the skills of auditing and related documents, through studying the rules and regulations of the savings cooperatives and techniques of   auditing for the savings cooperatives.   This project allowed the team gained knowledge and understanding on the procedures of auditing for the loan agreements of savings cooperatives, verifying the related documents and could increase performance skills. This raised confidence for future careers and the goal that this project would be useful to interested parties.
