บทคัดย่อ

จากการออกปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษา ณ โรงแรม วี กรุงเทพฯ ในส่วนงานของแผนกแม่บ้าน ผู้จัดทำได้เล็งเห็นถึงปัญหาค่าใช้จ่ายภายในแผนกแม่บ้าน จึงได้ศึกษาและคิดค้นการทำไม้ถูพื้นจากเศษผ้าเหลือใช้ในราคาที่ประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายมากขึ้น ผู้จัดทำได้เล็งเห็นว่ามีเศษผ้าในแผนกซักรีดของส่วนงานแม่บ้านที่ไม่ได้ใช้ประโยชน์และต้องนำไปทิ้ง จึงต้องการนำเศษผ้าเหล่านั้นมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ และในส่วนการทำไม้ถูพื้นนั้น ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากไม้ยางพารา จากเกษตรกรทางภาคใต้ เพื่อนำไม้ในส่วนสุดท้ายจากการกรีดยาง คือล้มต้นมาทำไม้ยางพารา ที่นำมาทำเป็นแผ่นในการถูพื้น และไม้ไผ่ที่เป็นพืชเศรษฐกิจ ที่มีความแข็งแรงสวยงาม สามารถทำเป็นรูปทรงต่างๆ ได้เหมาะสมมากที่จะนำมาทำเป็นด้ามจับไม้ถูพื้น แล้วยังเป็นการช่วยสนับสนุนเกษตรกรอีกด้วย ในส่วนของตัวผ้า จะนำผ้าที่ทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถใช้งานได้แล้วมาเป็นตัวผ้าในการถูพื้น เพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนให้กับทางโรงแรม

หลังจากที่ได้ทำการทดลองใช้ไม้ถูพื้นจากเศษผ้าเหลือใช้ เพื่อให้ทราบถึงผลการประเมินแบบสอบถาม ผู้จัดทำได้จัดทำแบบทดสอบความพึงพอใจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่นำมาจัดทำ เพื่อให้ทราบถึงผลการประเมินแบบสอบถามโดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากที่สุดไปน้อยที่สุด ดังนี้ อุปกรณ์มีความสวยงาม , อุปกรณ์เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม , สามารถลดต้นทุนให้กับโรงแรงได้ ,สื่อสารเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์ได้อย่างชัดเจน , อุปกรณ์สามารถใช้งานได้จริง , อุปกรณ์มีความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน , อุปกรณ์มีความแข็งแรงคงทน , ขนาดของอุปกรณ์มีความเหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน  มีความพึงพอใจในอุปกรณ์มีค่าเฉลี่ยร่วม (x ) = 4.19 และ S.D = 0.72

Abstract

From the co-operative education practice at VIE Hotel, Bangkok in the housekeeping department, the committee foresaw the problem of unnecessary expenses within the housekeeping department. The student, studied and invented a mop from the scraps of cloth at a more cost effective price. The scraps of cloth in the laundry department of the housekeeping section were not being used and must be disposed of. Therefore, those scraps of cloth could be used to generate profit and in the making of the mop. It was inspired by rubber wood from farmers in the South, to bring the wood from the last part of the rubber tapping, to cut down to make a sheet for mopping the floor and bamboo which is an economic plant that is both durable and beautiful, can be made into various shapes. It was suitable to be used as a mop handle and also helps support farmers as well. For the fabric, we used scraps of cloth that the hotel can’t use anymore for the cloth to mop the floor and to help reduce costs for the hotel.

After experimenting with mops and investigation of the results of the questionnaire assessment, the committee has prepared a satisfaction test from a sample of 30 people. The sample group was satisfied with the materials and equipment used to prepare the mob. In order to know the results of the questionnaire evaluation, the mean has been ordered from largest to smallest as follows: The equipment was appealing; the equipment was environmentally friendly; the costs can be reduced for the hotel; communicate about the details of the equipment clearly; the device can actually be used; the device is safe to use; the device is strong and durable; the size of the equipment is suitable for use. The satisfaction level of the equipment was co-mean (x) = 4.19 and S.D=0.72.
