บทคัดย่อ

บริษัท พี.เอ็ม.แพลนเนอร์แอนด์ เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด เป็นบริษัทให้บริการด้านการออกแบบโครงสร้างระบบไฟฟ้า และเครื่องกล เช่น บริการด้านไฟฟ้า, บริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านไอที, บริการด้านท่อประปา, บริการด้าน (HVAC) ระบบปรับสภาวะอากาศ ซึ่งจะจัดการอากาศ เพื่อควบคุมอุณหภูมิ ความชื้น ความสะอาด และการกระจายอากาศ,  บริการด้านป้องกันอัคคีภัย และบริการด้านสาธารณูปโภค

จากการเข้าร่วมปฏิบัติงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสยาม ณ บริษัท พี.เอ็ม.แพลนเนอร์ แอนด์ เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด ในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี โดยได้รับมอบหมายปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยพนักงานบัญชี และรับผิดชอบทางด้านการบันทึกบัญชีด้านรายจ่าย, บันทึกภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย  และ ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายโดยบันทึกพร้อมรายงานผลผ่านโปรแกรม Mango ERP for  Construction โปรแกรมดังกล่าวสามารถจัดการทางด้านข้อมูลให้มีมาตรฐานเดียวกันระหว่างวิศวกร และผู้ทำบัญชีทำให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการต่างๆ และผู้จัดทำบัญชีทำงานสะดวกรวดเร็วมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้เสนอโครงงานสหกิจศึกษาภายใต้หัวข้อเรื่อง “การบันทึกบัญชีด้วยระบบโปรแกรม Mango ERP for Construction”

การปฏิบัติงานครั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดทำได้รับประสบการณ์การทำงานและทราบถึงความสำคัญระบบบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ โดยหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปใช้ในการทำงานทางด้านวิชาชีพบัญชี และสามารถนำไปศึกษาค้นคว้าสำหรับบุคคลที่สนใจอย่างถูกต้องต่อไป

Abstract

P.M. Planner Company Engineering Co. Ltd. is a company operating  business for design service, electrical and mechanical installation services, such as IT facilities services ( LAN system FM-200 system VESDA system security system 24Hr. air-con), plumbing services (sanitary system water treatment waste water treatment), HVAC services (heating, ventilation and air conditioning),  fire protection services (fire fighting system), and utility services (compressed air system, steam system, cooling water, chilled water system).

We attended the cooperative education project of Siam University at P.M. Planner Company Engineering Co. Ltd.  as an assistant accountant. We were responsible for work as an expense accountant with many tasks such as preparation of the accounting documents, assigned to checking invoices, input-tax and output-tax, withholding tax, and address problems with the Mango ERP Software for Construction System. These programs can handle the same standard of  information between engineers and accountants. We realized its importance, therefore, we presented the cooperative education project on “Procedures for Accounting  via  Mango ERP for Construction Software”

From working as mentioned above, the trainees got real experience of work and learned how to work with others.
